Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Tony DeBerry is the CEO and Founder of TM DeBerry Advisory Group fka TM DeBerry and Associates. He assists clients in developing strategies for long-term growth. Mr. DeBerry has also been responsible for developing campaigns for politicians on both sides of the aisle. During most of his career, he has partnered with his brother, John D. Berry, current Senior Advisor to Governor Lee of Tennessee in executing ventures.
Mr. DeBerry has over 35 years’ experience in public and private sectors with a focus on energy and natural resources, infrastructure, construction, and development. He is known as a master deal maker, connector, and prides himself at always having a seat at the table. Some of his current and past clients and partners include Ameresco, OMO Energy and Technology. MGM and Smoke34. Tony and his wife Terri are proud parents of five children and pup parents.

Keshia Manning joined TMDAG to partner in developing the company strategic operations, drive company vision while supporting client needs.
Keshia brings more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, client relations, communications, risk management and outsourcing in public and private sector. She is a serial entrepreneur and Corporate Executive of healthcare company in Nashville.
Keshia is a Nashville transplant as of 2022. She moved to Nashville with her niece who attends Tennessee State University. When not working, She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys volunteering, traveling, cooking and has recently embraced her green thumb.

Danielle McGee Gibson is a Nashville Community Leader accomplished small business advocate, entrepreneur, and professor at Tennessee State University. Danielle is the founder of Black Business Boom, a social enterprise supporting Black-owned businesses throughout Nashville. Danielle is a certified digital marketer, an entrepreneur for 10 years, and a former healthcare executive.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, family, and pets. She is an avid traveler and has visited over 20 countries. Danielle is a native Chicagoan residing in Nashville since 2016.

Errol K. Reid is a pro with deep connections throughout Tennessee’ government, business and media communities. For over 30 years, he has developed relationships with state and local and government officials in Tennessee and Washington D.C. He has supported campaigns on both sides of the aisle which allows him to bring a unique set of experiences. He serves as a valuable member of our team.
Reid takes pride in being instrumental in bringing the National Civil Rights Museum to Washington D.C. In the business community, Reid has his professional career working with name luxury brands such as Chanel, Pandora Jewely to name a few, along with top tier manufacturers. In consulting space, Reid oversaw operations with Warren Management Consulting for over 10 years and supported TMD Advisory Group the past 5 years.
A graduate of Tennessee’s own Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Reid is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. He splits his time supporting clients in Memphis, Nashville and Jackson. When not working, you can usually catch Reid at a golf course or leading community events. Reid is a proud father of four.
